Holiday Programmes

Holidays are a time for children to kick-back, relax and have fun and our holiday programmes tick all the boxes.

Children are spoilt for choice at Auckland Netball Centre with fun and varied programmes to suit boys and girls of all ages. We offer free early drop-off and late pick-up to cater for busy and/or working parents so your child is cared for and entertained all day and there are no hidden costs.

Our programmes include Multi-Activity Mania, Netball, Intensive Netball, Kokkino Kids Cooking, Become an Umpire and a combination programme.

Our netball programme runs at our St Johns facility and either our Mt Eden facility or a nearby venue*.
*During warmer months we utilise our centrally located outdoor Mt Eden venue for our netball programmes and during winter we relocate to an indoor venue (most recently Epsom Girls Grammar).

All of our other programmes run at our large and versatile indoor/outdoor St Johns facility meaning that there are no weather worries. We have the flexibility to use both our indoor and outdoor areas depending on the weather.

We have amazing facilities and equipment meaning that children are exposed to a variety of activities keeping their days interesting. Each week there is a trip to an external venue which is well organised and changes things up a bit.

We pride ourselves on not only the quality of our programmes but our excellent trained staff. Serena Somlyai, Programme Development Officer, has a passion for children’s programmes and ensuring that every single child has a blast when they attend her programmes. There’s always variety, friendly faces and fun things to do which make our holiday programmes the best of the best.

“My kids look forward to holidays to join Auckland Netball holiday programme. The programme varies, is interesting and educational. They enjoy meeting other children and most importantly the staff are very friendly and kids enjoy them. From a parent’s point of view, it’s flexible with drop off and pick up and most importantly, a safe environment.”

“My 8 year old son loves sport but has never really enjoyed holiday programmes. He participated in the programme last holidays and begged to return this time around. He has again thoroughly enjoyed himself and came home excited (and exhausted!) about the new friends, skills and sports he has discovered. Thank you very much for a great programme, we’ll definitely be back next holidays.”
