About Our Junior Netball Coach Role:

We have several roles available for Junior Netball Coaches in our After-School Netball Programme 2025. As a Junior Netball Coach you will be responsible for a team of junior netball girls; leading weekly training development sessions and coaching at games. We run around 15x teams during the winter season. Our main training day is Monday afternoons 3:30pm-4:30pm, though we have some different year levels training on different days. All training sessions are based at the Junior School campus and games are played on Thursday afternoons at the Auckland Netball Centre in St Johns. The coach role can potentially span February - November or part of this period. Pre-season training sessions start in late February, we then move into trials in March / April. Winter netball runs from late April through to early September. There are also opportunities to continue coaching up until early December in our summer netball programme. We can provide you with training content and support, and you will be part of our junior netball community, as teams train together, you don’t need to be out on your own. Do you have a positive, responsible, nurturing manner with lots of energy, initiative and some past or current netball experience? Then, we’d love to hear from you.
