SUMMER LEAGUE TERM ONE AND FOUR​​​​​​​

Auckland Netball operates all year round providing playing opportunities for everyone. Our leagues are designed to be fun, social and outdoor competitions where you can grab your friends, family or workmates and have a run-around. Our aim is to provide as many opportunities for our community to play as possible. We take team and individual registrations so you don’t have to be affiliated with a club. Most leagues are open to Seniors and Juniors, at St Johns and Windmill Park.​​​​​​​

KEY INFORMATION

Speedy Signs Summer League

  • 6 week league
  • Teams to provide own ball, bibs, umpires and same coloured t-shirts to play in.
  • Note: teams  can request assistance with umpiring when registering.
  • For individual registrations: numbers permitting we will put you into a team and your registration fee ($45 for Junior and $60 for Senior) covers the cost of bib hire, ball, and an umpire.
  • Cost: $270 Junior Team, $300 Senior Team.

  • Year 3&4 play 5v5
  • Year 5  play 6v6
  • Year 6 play 6v6 (in Term 1. 7 v 7 in Term 4)
  • Year 7&8 play 7v7 

​​​​​​​Mixed grades (7v7)

  • Maximum of three males on the court at anyone time, one in each area of the court only (defence GK or GD, mid-court WD, C or WA, attack GA or GS

  • Games: 4.15pm, 5.05pm or 5.55pm
  • Grades: Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6, Year 7, Year 8.

Wednesday - Seniors - College, Ladies, Mens, Mixed

  • Games:  6.30pm, 7.20pm, 8.10pm 
  • Grades: College Girls, College Boys, College Mixed, Senior Ladies, Senior Men, Senior Mixed

Venue: 7 Allison Ferguson Drive, St Johns​​​​​​​

Auckland Netball competitions are venue-based competitions. All competition games are to be held at Auckland Netball (St Johns and Windmill Park venues), and requests for specific game times or deferred games will not be accepted. However, Auckland Netball reserve the right to alter game schedules where deemed necessary.
